{"id":2141,"date":"2024-07-21T21:13:55","date_gmt":"2024-07-21T21:13:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fint.is\/?page_id=2141"},"modified":"2024-07-25T21:25:49","modified_gmt":"2024-07-25T21:25:49","slug":"baby-carrier-rental-agreement","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.fint.is\/is\/baby-carrier-rental-agreement\/","title":{"rendered":"Baby carrier rental agreement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>These terms and conditions for renting a baby carrier from F\u00ednt ehf. are subject to change without notice.&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>F\u00ednt\u2019s Commitment to the Renter:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We aim to provide baby carriers for hire that are:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Suitable for the wearer and the child\/ren&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clean and in good working condition.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exclusively yours to use during the rental period.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Renter\u2019s Obligations to F\u00ednt:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are committed to wearing your baby safely, and within the manufacturer\u2019s guidelines.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must look after the baby carrier with love and respect.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your Rental Agreement is individual to one household, is not transferable, and applies to all members of the Renter\u2019s household.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must not allow or authorise any other person or entity to use, re-hire or have possession of any baby carrier at any time during the Rental Period.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upon receipt of the rental equipment, you agree that you are satisfied that the items are in safe working condition and suitable for the purpose of hire.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You agree to contact F\u00ednt at the earliest convenience if the carrier is damaged, lost, or otherwise unsuitable for use.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You agree to pay all outstanding charges and fees for lost or damaged items.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>In detail:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle wp-block-ub-content-toggle-block\" id=\"ub-content-toggle-block-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\" data-mobilecollapse=\"true\" data-desktopcollapse=\"true\" data-preventcollapse=\"false\" data-showonlyone=\"false\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion\" style=\"border-color: #f1f1f1; \" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-block-9c413189-79c6-4a3c-ba7c-450ce00952bc\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title-wrap\" style=\"background-color: #f1f1f1;\" aria-controls=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-0-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\" tabindex=\"0\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title ub-content-toggle-title-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\" style=\"color: #000000; \"><strong>Rental system and fees<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-toggle-wrap right\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-state-indicator wp-block-ub-chevron-down\"><\/span><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div role=\"region\" aria-expanded=\"false\" class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-content-wrap ub-hide\" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-0-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\">\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All rental equipment remains the property of F\u00ednt ehf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The rental period begins on the selected Monday and ends on the selected Monday with a minimum of one week and a maximum of 8 weeks, unless otherwise agreed upon with F\u00ednt ehf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Renter agrees to pay F\u00ednt ehf. the specified rental fee of 1500-2000 ISK (depending on the carrier) per week in advance, plus one time administration costs of 1500 ISK. This fee is non-refundable.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the baby carrier needs to be delivered, the Renter pays the delivery and return fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rental fees are defined by F\u00ednt ehf. and can be changed without notice.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rental fees can be paid via our payment portal or via direct bank transfer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Late returns may incur additional charges at a rate of 500 ISK\/day. Non-payment may result in a debt collection agency being engaged and possible police charges.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each booking comes with a 1500 ISK fee for administration (including maintenance) of the baby carrier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion\" style=\"border-color: #f1f1f1; \" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-block-fb7bc538-3e66-45e1-8662-d90e8ccf0dbc\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title-wrap\" style=\"background-color: #f1f1f1;\" aria-controls=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-1-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\" tabindex=\"0\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title ub-content-toggle-title-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\" style=\"color: #000000; \"><strong>Replacement Fee<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-toggle-wrap right\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-state-indicator wp-block-ub-chevron-down\"><\/span><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div role=\"region\" aria-expanded=\"false\" class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-content-wrap ub-hide\" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-1-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\">\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Renter understands that they are liable to pay a Replacement Fee if the rental equipment is not returned within 28 days of the end date in the Rental Agreement or is returned in a state that is deemed to be unacceptable for future use.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The replacement fee of each item of rental equipment will be defined by the recommended retail price of the product like for like, regardless of the age of the rental equipment hired.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Renter agrees to pay the fee within one week of receipt of an invoice for the replacement of the baby carrier.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion\" style=\"border-color: #f1f1f1; \" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-block-7f037341-fe4f-4ebe-8962-dd2031374a10\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title-wrap\" style=\"background-color: #f1f1f1;\" aria-controls=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-2-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\" tabindex=\"0\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title ub-content-toggle-title-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\" style=\"color: #000000; \"><strong>Postage and Collection<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-toggle-wrap right\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-state-indicator wp-block-ub-chevron-down\"><\/span><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div role=\"region\" aria-expanded=\"false\" class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-content-wrap ub-hide\" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-2-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\">\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Renter can choose to collect from and return the baby carrier to F\u00ednt ehf. at Ur\u00f0arst\u00edgur 3, 101 Reykjav\u00edk, on the selected start and end dates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Renter is responsible for paying the return tracked postage fees (with Dropp or P\u00f3sturinn) within the timeframe stated in the Rental Agreement. The tracking information should be communicated to F\u00ednt ehf.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Renter must also ensure that the rented equipment is packaged safely and scanned into Dropp or P\u00f3sturinn on or before the End Date specified in the Rental Agreement.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion\" style=\"border-color: #f1f1f1; \" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-block-8bbd742f-062e-4742-9175-6b7b82953662\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title-wrap\" style=\"background-color: #f1f1f1;\" aria-controls=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-3-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\" tabindex=\"0\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title ub-content-toggle-title-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\" style=\"color: #000000; \"><strong>Use and Care of Equipment<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-toggle-wrap right\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-state-indicator wp-block-ub-chevron-down\"><\/span><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div role=\"region\" aria-expanded=\"false\" class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-content-wrap ub-hide\" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-3-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\">\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Renter agrees that they are physically, mentally and medically capable of using the rental equipment, and that their child meets the minimum recommendations for the specific equipment hired.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Renter agrees to use the rental equipment safely and strictly only for its intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer&#8217;s instructions and any associated laws.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The equipment must not be modified, altered, or repaired without the prior written consent of F\u00ednt ehf.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Renter agrees to make every attempt possible to avoid the carrier coming into contact with smoke, pet hair and strongly scented fragrances.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion\" style=\"border-color: #f1f1f1; \" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-block-abde7562-8466-47ae-8643-926e40067365\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title-wrap\" style=\"background-color: #f1f1f1;\" aria-controls=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-4-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\" tabindex=\"0\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title ub-content-toggle-title-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\" style=\"color: #000000; \"><strong>Maintenance and Cleaning<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-toggle-wrap right\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-state-indicator wp-block-ub-chevron-down\"><\/span><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div role=\"region\" aria-expanded=\"false\" class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-content-wrap ub-hide\" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-4-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\">\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Renter shall return the equipment in the same clean and well-maintained condition as received (as far as possible). Failure to do so will result in a cleaning or maintenance fee, and may result in additional costs for damage\/replacement (see below).\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Renter is required to contact F\u00ednt ehf. for written permission and specific washing instructions in the instance that rental equipment requires cleaning.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Specific carriers and manufacturers have different washing instructions which must be respected in order to limit risk of damage to rental equipment.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00ednt ehf. requests that IF washing permission is granted, the Renter follows all written and verbal instructions including but not limited to placing baby carriers inside a garments bag or pillowcase with all buckles fastened, using a low spin speed and sensitive liquid detergent, and strictly NO fabric softeners.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No F\u00ednt ehf. rental equipment can be dried in a tumble-dryer. Line-drying in the shade is essential to protect the integrity of the baby carriers.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Renter agrees to spot clean only without abrasive equipment or detergents unless prior discussion with F\u00ednt ehf.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Renter understands that rental equipment does not need to be washed prior to return.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion\" style=\"border-color: #f1f1f1; \" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-block-b366f81c-e12b-4a1c-bedd-c4b0c2e49408\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title-wrap\" style=\"background-color: #f1f1f1;\" aria-controls=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-5-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\" tabindex=\"0\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title ub-content-toggle-title-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\" style=\"color: #000000; \"><strong>Loss or Damage<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-toggle-wrap right\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-state-indicator wp-block-ub-chevron-down\"><\/span><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div role=\"region\" aria-expanded=\"false\" class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-content-wrap ub-hide\" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-5-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\">\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All rental equipment is checked prior to being released to the Renter, and is loaned in a safe, undamaged condition.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Renter is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the equipment during the rental period. In the event of loss or damage, the cost of repair or replacement (as per the replacement fee defined in the Rental Agreement, regardless of the age of the rental equipment) will be charged. The Renter agrees to pay the additional amount within a week of receiving the invoice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Renter must check buckles, stitching and accessories before every use and avoid damaging the carrier with items including but not limited to jewellery, Velcro or sharp objects.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Renter will\u00a0<strong>not\u00a0<\/strong>attempt to repair any part of a baby carrier, and will\u00a0<strong>not\u00a0<\/strong>engage a third party to do so. Damaged carriers must be returned to F\u00ednt ehf. for formal assessment, to ensure that the carrier\u2019s integrity and safety regulations are maintained.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Renter must promptly report any damage or loss to F\u00ednt ehf.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion\" style=\"border-color: #f1f1f1; \" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-block-29ba97ab-fce0-4df4-9800-590401a0a618\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title-wrap\" style=\"background-color: #f1f1f1;\" aria-controls=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-6-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\" tabindex=\"0\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title ub-content-toggle-title-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\" style=\"color: #000000; \"><strong>Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-toggle-wrap right\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-state-indicator wp-block-ub-chevron-down\"><\/span><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div role=\"region\" aria-expanded=\"false\" class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-content-wrap ub-hide\" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-6-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\">\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Renter may cancel the Agreement at the latest on Friday 24.00 before the Monday the rental period begins. After this date, the rental fee and administration costs are non-refundable.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00ednt ehf. has the right to cancel a rental request prior to the beginning of the rental period and refund all amounts paid.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion\" style=\"border-color: #f1f1f1; \" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-block-2fe867bf-185c-443d-8040-3609e89722ae\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title-wrap\" style=\"background-color: #f1f1f1;\" aria-controls=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-7-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\" tabindex=\"0\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title ub-content-toggle-title-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\" style=\"color: #000000; \"><strong>Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-toggle-wrap right\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-state-indicator wp-block-ub-chevron-down\"><\/span><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div role=\"region\" aria-expanded=\"false\" class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-content-wrap ub-hide\" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-7-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\">\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Renter agrees to use the equipment at their own risk.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00ednt ehf. shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while using the rental equipment, included but not limited to the use of the equipment itself, advice given during online and in-person fittings, and any recommendations provided.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Renter is responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of the child and adequate ergonomics and adjustments for all parties while using the baby carrier.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Renter is responsible for checking the integrity of the equipment prior to every use, and agrees to notify F\u00ednt ehf. immediately if any damage or loss is noticed during any part of the rental period.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Renter is responsible for ensuring that all people wearing and worn in a baby carrier are medically fit and capable of using a baby carrier safely.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion\" style=\"border-color: #f1f1f1; \" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-block-1f5746b0-ac46-47cf-9444-2522939dc5b1\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title-wrap\" style=\"background-color: #f1f1f1;\" aria-controls=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-8-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\" tabindex=\"0\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title ub-content-toggle-title-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\" style=\"color: #000000; \">C<strong>ommunication<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-toggle-wrap right\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-state-indicator wp-block-ub-chevron-down\"><\/span><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div role=\"region\" aria-expanded=\"false\" class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-content-wrap ub-hide\" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-8-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\">\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>F\u00ednt ehf. will contact the Renter primarily by email or online text message regarding the Rental conditions, postage\/tracking, returns, overdue notices and additional fees\/charges.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the Renter does not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing a booking to hire a carrier through the F\u00ednt.is website, we ask that you\u00a0<strong>please check your junk mail<\/strong>\u00a0folder and if there is still no email from us, please contact\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:fint@fint.is\">fint@fint.is<\/a>\u00a0to confirm your details are correct and that the Rental order has been received.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Renter agrees to inform F\u00ednt ehf. of any changes to their contact details at their earliest convenience, including name, email address, postal address, residential address and phone number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion\" style=\"border-color: #f1f1f1; \" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-block-97c07c0c-8929-489a-bf95-2ed84eac1283\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title-wrap\" style=\"background-color: #f1f1f1;\" aria-controls=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-9-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\" tabindex=\"0\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title ub-content-toggle-title-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\" style=\"color: #000000; \"><strong>Availability and Rental Periods<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-toggle-wrap right\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-state-indicator suitability.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The minimum rental period is one week, the maximum rental period is 8 weeks, chosen at checkout by the Renter and paid in advance, after which all rental equipment must be returned to F\u00ednt ehf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An extension to the original hire period may be approved at the discretion of F\u00ednt ehf., with appropriate upfront payment of extension fees required.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Renter must contact F\u00ednt ehf. at least the Friday 24 hours\u00a0<strong>BEFORE\u00a0<\/strong>the end of the Rental Period to request an extension, and all invoices for extension fees must be paid before the start of the extended Rental Period.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extensions will only be granted pending carrier availability.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion\" style=\"border-color: #f1f1f1; \" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-block-51875293-607e-4c6c-8535-ca6ec59bc273\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title-wrap\" style=\"background-color: #f1f1f1;\" aria-controls=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-10-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\" tabindex=\"0\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title ub-content-toggle-title-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\" style=\"color: #000000; \"><strong>Late Fees<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-toggle-wrap right\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-state-indicator wp-block-ub-chevron-down\"><\/span><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div role=\"region\" aria-expanded=\"false\" class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-content-wrap ub-hide\" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-10-7c506ae3-cb3d-4980-a2b3-01e4fe6b77f1\">\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Renter understands that timely return of rental equipment is important.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Late returns will incur additional charges at a rate of 500 ISK\/day.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>These will be charged to the Renter in bulk every 7 days.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After 28 days of non-return, the rental equipment will be assumed lost to F\u00ednt ehf., and the Renter will be charged the full replacement value of the baby carrier in their possession or the late fees accrued whichever is the larger value.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>All rental fees are non-refundable<\/strong>, including late fees and replacement costs charged, and will not be refunded if the carrier is returned after the final overdue payment has been received.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion\" style=\"border-color: #f1f1f1; \" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-block-f1c24fcd-5063-42a1-a23d-846be4511b41\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title-wrap\" style=\"background-color: #f1f1f1;\"
