Shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In general, we will ship your order within 1-2 working days of an order being completed. Our delivery partner Dropp can deliver straight to your door, or you can choose to pick up your order at one of over 70 Dropp pick up points<\/a> all across Iceland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alternatively, you can pick your order up in person. While we don’t have a physical shop, you can make an appointment to pick up your order at Ur\u00f0arst\u00edgur 3, 101 Reykjav\u00edk. You can add your preferred time to pick up your order in the order notes <\/em>field during check out, and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible to make an appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that an order is only considered to be completed once we have received payment. During check-out, you can choose either to pay directly online using a card, or to pay with a bank transfer. If you choose to pay with a bank transfer, we will reserve your selected products for up to 48 hours awaiting your completion of the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can return your purchase within 14 days of your order and get a full refund. If 14 days have passed since you completed and paid for your order, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and you must be able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment<\/p>\n\n\n\n
